  • Calculate using TCL-Coupling Interval
  • Atrial preexcitation at >90% TCL means the presence of a septal or right sided BT
  • If PEI is <25 then Anteroseptal or Right Free Wall
  • If PEI is > 75 then Left Lateral or AVNRT
