• Mitral annular calcification
• Cafergot toxicity

Assessment of Severity

• Measure Peak Velocity with Cw
• Measure Mean Velocity with Cw
• Calculate MVA 220/ PHT (0.3 Deceleration Time)
• Check Pulmonary Artery Pressure

Splitability

• Mobility
• Leaflet Thickening
• Subvalvular Thickening
• Calcification

• If splitatbility is less than 8 use balloon valvuloplasty
