Symptomatic patients with MVA<1.5 cm2 and favorable anatomy. Class I
Asymptomatic patients with MVA<1.5 cm2, favorable anatomy and pulmonary hypertension. Class IIa
Symptomatic patients with MVA<1.5 cm2 and unfavorable anatomy but high risk for surgery. Class IIa
Asymptomatic patients with MVA<1.5 cm2, favorable anatomy and new onset atrial fibrillation. Class IIb
